Thank you for visiting my website! I am an artist living and painting in the mountains of Northern Utah. I paint primarily in acrylic mediums on canvas with a dab of ink and other textures. I also love painting with watercolors from time to time.

Living in Utah, it’s always a fun existence of exploring the outdoors, family connections, and creativity with my art. I love to ski, hike, and look for beautiful rocks while enjoying Utah’s geographical dream of mountains, deserts and the most breathtaking horizons on earth.

Using these beloved and rugged western landscapes as my inspiration, my paintings bring a modern and abstracted expression to the way mountains are appreciated. It’s our horizon lines that speak to me - that magic point of sky meeting earth.

Did you say blue? Yes! You will always find plenty of indigo, paynes gray, prussian blue, azurite, phthalo blue, and turquois in my paintings.

I am married to my babe of a husband who makes me laugh everyday-for 25 years this September! He is also an art frame builder extraordinaire, teaching me the ways of wood, chop sawing, measuring and nail guns. When I’m not painting, I’m being a MOM to our two teenagers. Yes, it is quite the life! I love them fiercely and am savoring each and every moment with their beautiful souls. The fluffiest part is our two cats, Trixy and Tux.
